What is the most difficult thing to do?

What’s the most difficult thing to do?
Letting go.

Letting go of something or someone doesn’t mean avoiding the topic or the person. It means exactly the opposite. Letting go means facing everything that hurts you without actually being hurt. All the pain, anger, sadness, or happiness and joy, without feeling any emotion towards it. If you take a look around, you’ll notice much of the distress that we go through is by holding on to something totally not worth it.

Isn’t it funny how you feel like you cannot live without that very thing that keeps pricking your soul? It feels messed up. Trust me, you’ll feel like you’ll never be able to do it. But you can.

You just got to let it be. Accepting that it is the way it is, without even a minute desire to “have things the other way” will set you free. Letting go sets you free. And being free can give you joy and that’s pretty much how you want to live your life, isn't it?

Not a bad life, Just a bad day! :)

There are just so many things I am worrying and whining about right now. It really seems like I am the only person on the entire planet to have such feelings. I feel burdened. But is it right? Is it that no one feels the same way? Is it that no one has felt this before? No.

These are the moments when you’ve to realize that you’re not alone. Everyone has been through this phase. Thousands of people have, are, and will feel the same thing about their lives when they’re of your age. It's normal. In fact, people around you must be feeling the same but their way of expressing it might differ. Your actions of isolating yourself and whining might damage your relationships with people around you. Sometimes the people around you might not understand you. At last, you’re not the only one they’ve to worry about. They’ve got their own set of problems. Let go. They might forgive and forget too. Okay, so they might not forget, but, you can try to mend the mistake (if you’ve made any in the process of being “away”). You know exactly what you are doing to yourself this time. (Achievement! Be happy about it). You’ve grown enough to take responsibility for your actions. Rather, you’ve grown enough to understand and predict what would be the consequences of your actions, and then there’s no denying that. You’ve learned. Isn’t that a good thing? At least you can’t sabotage yourself unknowingly. Look forward to the journey of life. Take in everything positively. That’s what matters. Try to make people yours by becoming theirs. You cannot expect anything in return for your help. Be kind and have courage. This day is just like any other day, what matters is your outlook on it.

Have faith and soar high.
Look forward, for there’s where your future lie.
be kind and have courage in you
only then will you do well in difficulties too.
accept everything that comes your way
so that you can see a better day.
